As long as I have been an
Aventure Host customer the level
of service I have received far
exceeds my expectations. I do
not recall any downtimes asides
from the normal maintenance
schedules which are always
announced via email so there are
no surprises. Even then you
don't even realize that they did
maintenance because they happen
so fast, and any support queries
i have ever submitted have been
responded to in a quick and
timely manner even on days I
don't expect them to respond
(i.e. holidays and such). the
service is simply outstanding! I
love Aventure Host and their
staff!!
